Guest: Dr. Jerry Seps
Storybook Mountain Vineyards, Calistoga
.
What started out as a second career has brought fame and adulation for Jerry Seps of Storybook Mountain Vineyards. As a retired professor, he was searching for a rural setting to make a little wine and raise his kids. Yet his desire to do what was needed, supported by his "why not?" credo, led him to becoming the most awarded winery in his first 10 years. More recently, Jerry has been chosen a Top 100 winery by Wine and Spirits Magazine 17 times out of the last 20 years! How did he do it? Jerry shares his "storybook tale" with this Visual Oral History.
